By purchasing a ticket and attending a Greenville Yard Gnomes event, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Ticket Pricing: Ticket prices are subject to change at any time, including for promotional offers or dynamic pricing. Additional fees may apply, such as processing, parking, or charges for premium services.

Final Sale: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, as outlined below.

Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket may be valid for the new date, or you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the team’s policy.

Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the team may offer refunds or exchanges at its discretion.

Right of Refusal and Ejection: The Greenville Yard Gnomes and the City of Greenville reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject, any individual whose behavior disrupts the event, violates venue policies, or poses a safety risk.

Security and Compliance: For safety and security, all attendees are subject to security screenings, which may include bag checks, metal detectors, or other procedures. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these security measures.

Risk of Injury or Damage: The inherent risks associated with attending a live baseball game, including but not limited to the risk of injury from flying objects, foul balls, or other accidents. The Greenville Yard Gnomes, the City of Greenville are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while attending the event, whether caused by the actions of other attendees, the environment, or the nature of the event itself.
