Risk of Injury or Damage: The inherent risks associated with attending a live baseball game, including but not limited to the risk of injury from flying objects, foul balls, or other accidents. The Greenville Yard Gnomes, the City of Greenville are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while attending the event, whether caused by the actions of other attendees, the environment, or the nature of the event itself.
